karna's suit is along his neck, in a rather obvious spot between it and his jawline. the suit is a heart symbol that starts as an unlit flame which gradually becomes more of a raging inferno the more saturated it becomes. in addition to it, there is a thin yet prominent scar along the mark from his beheading.
karna's natural ability that he has active at all times, discernment of the poor, enables him to see through lies and look at a persons true nature whenever they speak to him. because of this he will always be able to see when someone lies to him; there are many reactions he may have depending on the persons true nature, and he will usually point out or ask about why they were lying about something that came up in conversation.
this post doubles as an opt-in for anyone to describe what he may see of their nature when he talks to them. so please feel free to do that if you'd like.
Yes please he can discern all he wants! Honestly, consider this blanket permission to go hogwild on whatever Fate/ bullshit your heart desires because I'm 1000% on board!!

oh FUN. keita doesn't lie outright often, but he does tend to skirt the truth sometimes, and karna is free to pick up on that for sure!
as far as intentions and true nature... keita is sort of complicated. he is inherently someone who is always trying to do the greatest good for the most people; he loves deeply and suffers from a lot of self-loathing over the choices he's had to make. on the other hand, he has also been pretty ruthless in the pursuit of that greatest good, including things like building a series of prison camps (the construction of which killed hundreds, but also somehow led to the cure for tuberculosis) or allowing his friend to murder his wife and cover it up (because his wife was already dying of cancer and wanted keita to use her death for something good; this later prevented the early annexation of korea and saved japan from war)... so like.... however karna would read all that...

And yea Sakura’s a liar; no problems if Karna can tell. If he brings it up, she’ll probably immediately backflip into the sunset, it’ll be hilarious if it happens.
True nature is pretty depressed and vengeful in the way the damned tend to be, but with a lot of effort focused on trying to repress it or just mentally talk herself outta being so mad when she feels she has no right to be. Also as a side note, because Fate/, Sakura’s got the equivalent of 3+ Servants’ worth of mana swimming in her, one of whom was Gilgamesh, whose fat ass tipped the scales. Thank you, King of Heroes. So she’s effectively a Holy Grail, just in stasis. Not sure if Karna would notice, but just in case.

joshua on the other hand isn't anything like that, but he's not exactly a liar. just someone who keeps to himself especially when it has to do with his own health/ safety/ etc. feel free to have karna see through him too!
